Herman HEUFF (Dutch, 1875-1945) was an official at the Ministry of Finance and a painter. He painted in the style of the Hague School. He was a pupil of Floris Arntzenius. In the 1930s, he unfortunately went blind but remained active as an artist and made ceramic plastics. The Gemeentemuseum of The Hague owns several of his works.
